Spend Summer in Avon, CO. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa at the Sheraton Mountain Vista Resort. Biennial Odd Usage begins in 2013. Floating weeks 21-39 (Summer Season). Maintenance fees are paid annually, and are approximately $793 (due Jan. 1). I look forward to answering your questions. Thank you!

Is it really $793 paid annually, but the usage is only bi-annual?
That means $1586 MF for 1 week every other year? Seems kind of high, doesn't it?

That's about average for many Starwood 2 bedroom properties.

It really is $793 annuallym and the usage is biennial.

I believe that number includes the SVN fee which, because this resort is voluntary, the new owner won't have to pay. An annual 2BR is $1,286.57 per year with no SVN fee, so an EOY should be close to half that.
