After 40+ years of T/S ownership, I am no longer "an owner"
If there is anyone out there who can explain the dust up going on with the Owners Association, I'd appreciate it. Some questions I have include:

Why was the April 2011 meeting adjourned without the elections being conducted?

Why were owners sought to support a special meeting of the association, which has been scheduled for Feb. 2012? Why couldn't the matter wait until the next regularly scheduled meeting (presumably April 2012)?

Those who are fighting with the association are now costing all of us in that the legal fees to fight the issues will only serve to drive up our MFs. I am not adverse to standing up for our rights, but if there is a group of owners fighting some agenda that is personal or doesn't serve all owners, I'm concerned.

Thanks Denise, didn't think about that . . . although that would require that owners are writing reviews. I'll check it out!
