Hi,

We're headed to Ocean Pointe on Saturday and meeting friends who will be our guests for the week. My gal-pal and I want to get pedicures. It would be most fun to do it side-by-side rather than individually. Where can we get this done in a nice relaxing atmosphere in the area?

Thanks!

Just a short walk up the street (or the beach if you prefer) is the Palm Beach Shores Resort.
Inside is a small place where they do your nails.

They'll take good care of you, but you may need an appointment.

Also, there is US Nails on the Ocean Pointe side of the Blue Herron bridge, and I'm sure they can handle you as well. A little further walk, but they do a good job.

Thanks. I'm wondering if there are any swanky spas nearby, beyond just a nail salon. Anybody know Palm Beach very well?

Well, if you really want to spend some money, may I suggest finding a spot over on Worth Avenue @ Palm Beach? Maybe you can do a little shopping also while you are there.

Bring plenty of dough:rofl:

Have fun!

I called the Marriott nearby with the spa and their pedicures are $75 for top of the line and then I talked to the Ritz Carlton (20 minutes south?) and they're $65. So I think we'll head south and let our husbands sit in the lobby or bar and read the paper and people watch/pretend they're wealthy. :whoopie:

I hope if they sit in the bar they can have a drink or 2. Might cost more $ than the pedicures.:D

Probably so John, but if they drink enough, they won't care!

Diane, my daughter and I had massages at the Resort onSinger Island. First the family had brunch together on the patio. Then she and I made good use of the relaxation room, steam room, showers, hot tub. You can charge it to you OP room for points. The husbands can hang out at the resort or walk back to OP via the beach.
