Wyndham Closing Costs Kona Hawaiian [looking for closing Co. for Hawaii]

All, Wyndham charges about $700 to transfer title. I there a title company that close a deal in Hawaii knowing that escrow must be in Hawaii

The title company doesn't have to be in Hawaii - just the escrow company.

I'm going to move your question to the Hawaii forum.

I don't think Wyndham does title transfers - they must be referring you to a title company.

I've never heard of any Wyndham resort charging $700. On the other hand, some timeshare resale companies charge $400+ to transfer the deed (in addition to Wyndham's $299 transfer).
