A resale Beach Quarters Ocean Front 1 BR 1 BA annual week 31 in Virginia Beach just went for $3592.58 plus $555 closing/recording costs on Ebay. :confused:

Yes, and a week #50 went a couple weeks ago for $113.

I would have expected the week 31 to go for maybe $1,000 and was shocked that it went for @ $4000 total.

Yes, and a week #50 went a couple weeks ago for $113.

Absolutely. If anything, I'm surprised the week 50 got that much and they didn't have to pay someone to take it. With the private bid listings, it's hard to tell if there was perhaps some shill bidding and an inexperienced ebayer who got caught up in it...
