The Smithsonian Life List: 43 Places to See Before You Die

I was surprised to find I'd actually done two of the things on this list.

Mesa Verde, Grand Canyon, Road to Hana, the Louvre.

I've also been to Forks, Washington and the beach at LaPush.

I have scored 11 from the list so far, and many unlisted ones that were every bit as 'don't miss' as those on their list. Hiking the Sahara, learning to fly, catching a REALLY big fish- then releasing it, releasing a baby sea turtle into the surf, holding a newborn grandchild are just a few off-the-list must-do's of mine.

I don't think anybody else's bucket list is nearly a important as your own.

I've done seven of those. I guess I have 36 to go. Better get going ....

So True. I have been to 30 of these places and each was fantastic. However, I have been to many other places that were just as great.
