II doesn't want you to talk to a Human

Called II today 3/4/11 trying to find out when my membership expires.

Impossible to find that information on the web so I had to wait 22 minutes to speak to a human being who answered the question within 45 seconds.

What a lousy way to treat a customer.

I assume it is cheaper for them to force you to use the web than speak with an intelligent human being. Only problem, the info I needed wasn't on the web.

"Nothing easier to waste than someone elses' time or money" Should be II's slogan.

My pet peeve with them and memberships is how they try to trick you to renew your membership when you do an exchange.

More than once a screen shows up that I "must" renew my membership. You have to scout around to find the "no thanks" button.

Sterling, I was able to find the month my membership expiration under "My account" in the upper right hand corner, then click on "My membership information." I guess if you have a membership tied with a certain ownership, like Marriott or something, that might not work.

I hate calling RCI or Interval - it's just a big pain.
 
You can find expiration date online by signing in to II, click on my account (on top of page), then click on my membership information. Your expiration date will be on the bottom of the page.
 
unfortunately it doesn't happen with my account. What happens is II states the membership is paid for by the home resort.

If it is paid by the home resort, why does it matter when the expiration date is? Does it ever expire as long as you own that resort?
