If I convert to RCI do I place all of the points at once or what? I am in the middle of closing on a resell and the owner has offered to convert the points to RCI. What is the best strategy?
Thanks,

It depends on when the points expire. If they expire in December, that may be the best you can do. If they expire in March, June or September 2011, then you may want to hold off and use them without having to pay RCI a transfer fee. There are many people on this board who can walk you through the process of getting the biggest bang for your buck via RCI. Good luck and good vacationing with whatever you decide.

If you just start the process, chances of you getting all done after sometime in Jan is high. So even with March expired, I probably will still deposit all to RCI.

You will have to determine how many trips you want from these points.

Although it will going to change, you probably still want to split them based on 70k or 28k.
