I WILL BE PAYING OFF MY WESTGATE TIMESHARE IN ORLANDO FL THIS WEEK.

I NO LONGER CAN AFFORD THE FEES DUE TO LOSE OF EMPLOYMENT.

LOOKING FOR ANYONE WHO'S INTERESTED !!!!! MUST BE WILLING TO PAY ALL COST ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRANSACTION!!!!!

PER LT TRANSFER TODAY THE CLOSING COST FEES WILL BE ESTIMATED AT $500, AN ADVISED IT COULD TAKE UP TO 12 WEEKS FOR COMPLETION....

  1. Resort Name- Westgate Palace Resort
  2. Resort Location--Orlando FL
  3. Fixed Week / Floating Week / Number of Points (and specify what system)--All season-float week/float unit
  4. frequency (every year? every other year?) F-ODD
  5. unit size (ie bed/bath/view) -2bedroom 2bath, assigned unit 2-1202/ Unit weeks-43/ Years-Odd
  6. Annual Maintenance fees $1004

Unfortunatly, unless you have a great week with Westgate, you are going to have to be willing to pay the closing costs and in many cases also give free first year usage. You need to list it in as many places as possible. Look at Facebook Groups and TUG Marketplace. I also don't suggest using ALL CAPS in your listings, that tends to turn people off.
