Zero exchange results in RCI Wyndham Portal

When looking for an exchange in my Wyndham RCI account, I see no results. Not less than expected. Literally none. I can see getaway weeks. I have no points on deposit, but that’s never mattered before. Is anyone else seeing this?

I haven’t looked in a while, maybe weeks to more than a month, so I can’t say when it last worked.
 
I never find anything where I want to go either. That’s why I never use it.
 
I don't have a problem. I get thousands of resorts both on my laptop and my phone. EDIT: I do have like 6,000 points on deposit due to rebooking with a discount late in the year last year.
 
Yeah, I'm wondering if that's the problem. If your points expire before March '25, can you see anything beyond expiration?

Note that this behavior isn't necessarily "wrong". This is how Weeks works--you can see potential exchanges that require more trade power than you have, but you can't see a potential exchange if you have nothing on deposit that covers the time in question.

Yes, my points expire December '24, and between 1/1/2025 and 3/31/2025 I can see 210 resorts.
 
I have nothing deposited, and I can still see available exchanges.

Unless they have changed something very recently, you have always been able to see inventory on the Exchange side of RCI, even if you didn't have any points deposited. I'm guessing this is an error of some kind and I would engage support.

If you can't see inventory without having any points deposited, this is a HUGE step backwards, and something they need to revert...
 
I'm a resale owner, I have nothing on deposit, and I can also see available exchanges:

Even more oddly: I can add ongoing searches that should not be able to be placed beause they are results. Then, they will match within a few minutes. I can't see anything at all when I search open inventory.

After a few false starts the RCI Chat Agent submitted a trouble ticket for it, asking me to check back mid next week. So far based on what you all are seeing, it looks to be something specific to my account. There may be others who are similarly affected, or it might just be mine for some reason. If anyone else sees this in your account, send me a DM here on TUG.
