Christmas Week at the beautiful Sheraton Vistana Villages! I have already reserved the week of Monday, December 23, 2019 to Monday, December 30, 2019. The price of $595 is for seven nights, with no additional fees. The resort has free parking and free WiFi. The renter of this week will get an emailed confirmation directly from Sheraton -- just take it to the front desk to check in.
This suite has a dining/living room with compact kitchen, a separate bedroom, and clothes washer and dryer. The Sheraton Vistana Villages has lots of things to do, including multiple pools (one which has a pirate ship), places to eat, tennis, planned activities, and more!

My additional comments:
All the suites have a wheelchair accessible route through the check-in building and to the door of the suite. If you need additional accessibility features, such as a full ADA-Compliant room with roll-in shower, please inquire.
I have extensive eBay feedback, 100% positive. References also available upon request. I accept credit cards through PayPal; personal checks also accepted.
I ask all of my renters to sign a simple rental agreement. This helps protect both parties. I'd be happy to send a copy of the rental agreement; just let me know if you'd like to see it.
