I had some transfer papers to get to Wyndham, and I wanted them there quickly, so I gassed up the car and drove to Orlando to hand deliver them to the transfer dept

I know Wyndham is big, but I had no idea how big...This is the headquarters building in Orlando

Sheraton, Mariott, Orange Lake/HIVC, and Disney Vacation Club also have their HQs in Orlando. Either Bluegreen has their HQ or just a call center here in Orlando. Not sure about other timeshares. Since Orlando is the Vacation Capitol of the World, no wonder most timeshares have HQs here.

Not that big. Planet Hollywood, the corrupt and mismanaged restaurant chain, had a larger headquarters on Sand Lake Road before they went bankrupt. Must have taken a lot of workers to dispose of all that income and run the company into the ground. And needless to say they teamed up with Wastegate to create the infamous "Tower Of Terror" in Las Vegas which also went belly up. They have a magic touch I guess.

Hilton grand vacations is also headquartered in Orlando including a very large call center.

nice building, thanks for posting

wow, that is a pretty big building. I had no idea either.

Looks like the 2nd & 3rd floors are NOT occupied. No ceiling lights on, see thru from front windows to side windows. Also, several of the other floors, also seem to have ceiling light voids.

Usually, buildings are built to approved building site size (to the maximum) as the owner is actually a separate entity who rents to the major (anchor) tenant the space they need (and at a premium with a long contract). Smaller tenants get better rental deals, but the leases are shorter. Major tenant usually has options on additional space - which they pay for.

So that's what a portion of our maintenance fees are paying for....
