Wyndham Santa Barbara is located in Pompano Beach, FL, across the street from the ocean but with public beach access directly opposite the resort. Also, Wyndham Royal Vista is four buildings north and is oceanside.

This is a converted fixed week for Week 1 in Unit 801, converted to 140,000 points.

Unit 801 is in the southwest corner of the building. It gets sun all day and allows views of the Intracoastal Waterway as well as ocean views through buildings across the street. Unit 801 is a one bedroom, two bath unit with living/dining area, full kitchen, WiFi. It has two balconies, one off the bedroom overlooking the pool area and one wraparound off the living area.

Maintenance fees are high ($1,462 in 2025) and are billed monthly. The value of this contract is the guarantee of a week in South Florida in the middle of winter.

Buyer pays closing and transfer costs, estimated at $900 if LT Transfers does deed prep, etc.

Having stayed at the Wyndham Santa Barbara in room 701 before, I can attest that room 801 has a awesome view!

Intracoastal Waterway
Boy I was confused at first, partly by the ideas of spending Wk 1 in S Barbara (CA) in a Wyndham (never seen it that I could remember), then esp when the Intracoastal came up. I guess FL has a SB too. Atlantic coast I guess.

I don't think so.

I'll edit the post so it's clear where it is.

Thanks!

I used to own unit 401, 1 BR 2 Bath, your have even a higher floor, even better.

Did an equity trade to BC in order to get rid of the over $2K SA after the hurricane over 25 years ago or more. That was my deal that brought me to VIPP and it was my one and only purchase directly from Wyndham.
