Just wondering if anyone knows if you use a Wyndham Rewards credit card to pay maintenance fees will you get the 6x bonus points like it is a spend at a Wyndham hotel?

Interesting question. I have no answer, but I heard so much BS on this card during a Shell presentation a few years ago that it was amusing. The guy told us we would get 10X on everything we purchased with the card, then I asked to see written proof. Presentation ended.

The earner plus card has an annual fee of $75 and this from the offer page:
  • Earn 4 points per $1 spent
at Wyndham Timeshare resorts (including maintenance fees and loan payments) and on eligible dining and grocery purchases (excluding Target® and Walmart®)
