On the Wyndham website, it says for CWA can't book between Memorial Day and Labor Day. I just looked and I can see availability for June 1st. I would be surprised if you see availability during summer. I think the owners there will book the summer up at 13 months. It is an outstanding place to visit during July and August. And a merely amazing place to visit the rest of the year.
