Just in case I am complacent, Wyndham leaves me tidbits to make sure my expectations stay lower than low. How nice of them to remind me of points discounts that ended 6 months ago.

I made a similar comment a few weeks ago and people said they liked the expired deals so they would know the kind of deals to expect.

Go figure!

Yeah, that's just silly anymore. They've been all over the place - what happened last year at this time has no bearing on what's happening this year, etc. There's no way of knowing what to expect. And I'm someone who did pore over the travel deals (or whatever they called it back then) page for patterns and planning, back in the pre-Voyager days when every resort was listed by week and percentage discount. Now those were travel deals!
