Did Wyndham lose the Carriage Hill Resort and Carriage Ridge Resorts in Ontario Canada, I cannot see any availability from now until November 2020.

Yes. My sister owns at Carriage Hills and it appears that they (Carriage Hills) are in the process of trying to sell the resort to Horseshoe Valley.

Yes, these two Shell properties were pulled from Wyndham at the end of 2019. I had been looking for inventory for Feb and while checking for months I noticed no new inventory was ever added for 2020. Then one day in January the resorts disappeared from the map and were removed as a choice.

Problem with some resorts like these in Canada, is there are a limited number of higher demand weeks. 6 weeks for ski season and 12 weeks summer and fall, when everyone wants inventory, and the rest of the year demand is lower. With a high default rate it was getting harder for those resorts to stay afloat. They had several meetings with owners and were deciding on what to do with the resort. They even had to reschedule a meeting as too many owners showed up that could fit into the meeting room booked.

Not sure what is going to happen, it remains to be seen.

This and Chicago should help some people understand that the resorts available in Club Wyndham are subject to change at any time. Other than an interest in a deed, everything else is subject to change.

Interesting as WorldMark is currently promoting the Carriage Hills resort w WM credits “for a limited time” w availability through year end.

I called Wyndham and they said they are waiting on Carriage Hill to release inventory, suggested that RCI has availability and could book there.
