Wyndham - Benefits - "Deals and Offers" not discounting??

Why is the wyndham site not giving/showing the discounts when you go to book for resorts that are in the "BENEFITS - DEALS and OFFERS"? I am going to book and it is showing me the FULL price...? it is within the timeframe indicated and shows 35 percent discount. If I "book it"....if I call later, will they CREDIT me back the points? I am talking about over 50k points overcharge? thanks

Which resort deal are you referring to specifically? And what type of room are you trying to book? Are you seeing no discounts for all room types? Sometimes certain room types, like Presidential/PR units for example, are not discounted IME.

For instance, Bonnet Creek has a 25% discount listed through April 30, Mon-Thurs only, no presidentials. A 2-night stay in a 1BR dlx from April 27-29 (Mon-Tues) is 18,000 points, the non-discounted price.

Edit: March 2-6, same - non-discounted.

Yes, like the Bonnet Creek example Paxsarah is saying. The regular rate is 9k sun-thurs....the deal states 25 percent discount, but when you go to book it, it still shows it is 9k points per night. No discount is being applied. I was actually looking at Ocean walk, 35 percent discount, the discount is not being applied.

And I'll add that I do actually have a discounted reservation for this timeframe at Star Island that I made about a month ago. At the time I made it, I'm pretty sure it wasn't featured on the Deals and Offers page, though it shows up there now that it's been updated. I'm also resale-only. So it's not that I can't see any general discounts (for instance, I can also see the much-discussed and somewhat inexplicable Bonnet Creek discounts in September), but it looks like maybe the newest ones aren't coming up for some reason for some of us.

IT glitch ... actually benefits us. So expect it to be corrected soon.

A number of resorts are showing discounts many months in advance. Reserve soon. Before it’s “fixed.”

and I'm developer-only. Sigh.

It never showed the discount for me online....so I booked it anyways at full price. Called Wyndham and they credited me the difference.

I wonder if it was a glitch? If you get a chance to try it again, try a different resort outside Florida just in case it’s a glitch with Florida inventory.

It looks like the only discounts on the deals page on the current owner website that don't show up for me in booking are Ocean Walk all year, and the published dates for Bonnet Creek through April 30 - however, the unpublished discounts at WBC show up for me as early as May. I also spot-checked some of the resorts with discounts listed on the clubwyndham.com website (but not every location - there are a lot) and almost all discounts showed up for me as published there, except Flagstaff did not show any discounts (supposed to be 30% through May 21).
