Wyndham Annual Dues Question

HI All and Happy New Year.

I have a Wyndham Annual Dues question please.
September 2024 I purchased a Wyndham contract with 400,000 UDI Points at National Harbor January point renewal.
I purchased a second Wyndham contract with 139,000 UDI Points also at National Harbor also January point renewal.

The 400,000 point contract monthly dues are $175.66 plus $25 per month program fee {$300 annual program fee}.
The 139,000 point contract monthly dues are $61.05 plus $19.92 per month program fee {239.04 annual program fee}.

I thought Wyndham UDI points in the same membership same resort would be combined to meet the program fee minimum I believe is $300 annually?
Is Wyndham correct to charge the second contract with 139,000 points an additional stand alone program fee?

I called Whydham and the customer service agent can only read the bill and not answr this question.

Hi All,

Update to my question, Wyndham stated the second contract loaded around Christmas time and was too new to combine for their January bill and that is the reason the Wyndham dues {program fee} were higher for the second 139,000 point contract. So yes the additonal contract is combined and Wyndham is making a proration in my favor to get both contracts together for their program fee billing, and not a stand alone contract.
