Wyhndam royal garden wikiki contract

I just bought a contract for wyhndam royal garden wikiki. I don't see much about it on the discussion forums. Does anyone have a timeshare there and what is your experience with it? I'm hoping that I didn't make a mistake by purchasing there.

I do not own there. There's nothing wrong with the resort. The maintenance fees are well below average and probably in the bottom third as far as cost per point. Some here prefer staying at Royal Garden over Waikiki Beach Walk while others don't.

Are there any downfalls to owning in Hawaii? I prefer the "points are points" approach to owning so I was wondering if there are any negatives to owning there.

Do you get an Outrigger membership with that? I got one with my Bali Hai re-sale. It lets you book in Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, etc.

I think the risk in owning in Waikiki are very low for hurricanes, tsunami but more likely to have false missile alerts
