worst support with Diamond/HGV need help

Happy New Year isn't so happy when contacting Diamond /HGV support. Had a problem 3 years ago and someone gave me names of the Quality assurance Manager, Executive Assistant and CEO with email address's. I had contacted Natasha Brown (quality assurance Manager) and she did fix my last issue. I sent her an email today but it was sent back as undeliverable.
Here is my problem. I own for the last 35 years 2-2 bedroom weeks and I usually place these into intervale. I paid $2800 for both and proceeded to call the support line to Daimond/HGV to get them deposited. I called in December and the phone wait line would keep upping my wait time from 20-30 to 30-40 to 40-50 minutes and this went on for hours. I tried the chat line and saw that there were 36 ahead of me and again no success. I put my number on the call back and after hours i gave up. I tried again in the first few days of January 2025, finally got to the chat line and was told i needed to pick weeks in Intervale before they could help . I told them they are wrong and spent another 30 min on hold only to be told again they could not help. I did call the next day and got to talk with someone again who said they could not help as i had no points. Icalled back a day latter and talked with an Allan Richmond who was connected with my last issue 3 years ago. He mumbled something about the points or money had increased and would try to help. I asked him to explain but didn't get one. He deposited 1 week and said he did the 2 weeks but Intervale doesn't show the second week. emailed Allan several times with "where is my second week " he has dropped all communication with me . What the Heck.
Does anyone have a contact I can email or call for help. Worst phone support ever.

Are you still happy with Diamond/HGV since Hilton purchase Diamond ?

I don't see any difference with either Diamond or HGV as owners. I did not pay to be an HGV puppet. I have always had issues with transferring my weeks to Intervale but not as bad as it is now. I don't believe that next year will be too bad as I will sell or let it go to collection. I watched the TUG video and selling is almost impossible. I'm retired and my blood pressure is going up along with anxiety levels. 2 years ago I bought in to a free 3 night vacation in Myrtle beach ( my wife wanted to shoot me ) this was with HGV. We had our tour and meeting and pointed out that I thought I was already an HGV owner ( I didn't know you had to buy into it ). No pressure and politely refused any conversion into the HGV family.
But 3 years ago if it wasn't for someone named DUH giving me contact names I would have lost my 2 bedroom week. I try to stay away form any problems as I know how inept the support group is. The amount of time, emails sent, calls not answered with the last problem was so stressful and now I'm paying $2800 for 2 weeks and no one wants to talk with me again. Horrible, dishonest, just to name a few adjectives to describe who ever is in charge. well I'm sure I answered more than you wanted.
