Worldmark website glitches

I was at the WM site and decided to make a reservation for next year. It took a few tries but I was able to log on. There were units available so I booked a unit. I received a message that there were no available units. I check again. There were available units so I booked a unit. It went though and as I was on the last page and was paying the occupancy tax I got a message that I couldn't proceed and to call a vacation specialist. I noticed the credits had been removed from my total and I looked at the reservation list. The reservation was there and look right with the proper dates and unit I opened it and see the reservation is for today. So now I have to call WM. What a bunch of crap the WM website has become.

This has been a display glitch ever since the website was introduced 3 years ago. Try this: using a Google browser, sign in to the website, then log out. Open a new browser window and use the 3 dots in the upper right to open a dropdown menu then select "Delete browsing data" and then Delete all the browsing data "for the last hour."

Open a new browser window for the WorldMark website. An option to select "Accept All Cookies" should rise from the bottom of the browser window. (This confirms that all the corrupting data has been deleted.) Select the "Accept All Cookies" and sign in. Go directly to the "Vacations and Waitlist" link. Select the Vacation and "Show Details." The correct dates should display.

This is one workaround I found after spending hours over years trying various ideas to work with the crappy WorldMark website. Now I just make it a habit to Delete Browsing Data for the Last Hour after every time I log out and close the WorldMark website browser window.

@CO skier thanks for the tip. I called WM this morning and they said my reservation went through last night. When I deleted the browsing history and signed in the reservation showed up on my screen.

aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhggggggg ...... It's doing it again. The WM website is a real stinker regarding reservation making at 13 months out.

It took a several tries and one delete browsing history to make the reservation. I actually gave up for a couple of hours. Then on the first try I was able to make the reservation but had a glitch message saying "oops something went wrong". Anyway, I looked and the reservation is made right but when I open it it says it's for today. This is what happened with my last reservation.

Yes, the view reservation if often all messed up and shows the current date instead of actual reservation dates.
