WorldMark properties managed by Wyndam

There are about 100 WorldMark properties spread across Canada, US and Mexico and whise developer and marketer is Wyndam. Was formed in 1989 and called “The Club Esprit”. In 1991 there was a trade name conflict and in 1993 it was renamed WorldMark the Club: www.worldmarktheclyb.com. In the end, the Cendent Corporation bought Wyndam Hotel brand from Blackstone group. Then in 2007 Wyndam worldwide renames Trendwest as WorldMark by Wyndam. The Idaho WorldMark pool is closed in March 2025 for maintenance and seems there is on-going construction and they recommend call the resort for “unforeseen projects”.

You can find alerts on upcoming projects on WorldMark's resort page. They have two resorts in Idaho but there is one that mentions pool work through Feb 2025 (see below).

Then in 2007 Wyndam worldwide renames Trendwest as WorldMark by Wyndam.

First, Cendant/Wyndham purchased Trendwest from their original owners (principals at Jeld Wen Windows out of Klamath Falls OR). Trendwest was the original manager of Worldmark and with the purchase, Wyndham took over that function. Later, by several years, they renamed it.

Not sure of the point of your post. Yes, there are ongoing updates replacing various items that wear out over time. All of the resorts are on a rotating schedule (as I would hope all timeshare are...). Notice is provided most of the time both of the website and to those with reservations. Regardless of which timeshare you are visiting, it's a good idea to call in advance for updated information.
