Is anyone buying them? If so what would 30,000 of them be worth?

Going on eBay and checking completed auctions will give you a good idea. WM contracts do not sell for much.

10 cents a point, max.

The value of your account depends on how many credits you have available as well as the account size. See the various threads here:

There are some buyers at the Worldmark buy and sell group. In the last few years, many Worldmark memberships are just given away with no costs to the receiver. There are too many people trying to exit their Worldmark membership is what I think is causing these to be given away.

The problem with giving these away are the amount of time it takes to transfer the account and the recipient losing interest after months of waiting. Not knowing who you are really dealing with can lead to scams. Often times it seems better to just give these back and not deal with the hassles of dealing with trying to sell or give it away, imo.

probably going to be alot more of them on the resale market if there is any truth to WM pausing the deedback program for 2025!

Called certified exit and they are still taking back Worldmark ownerships. As long as they are paid in Full and maintenance fees are current. Also need to own for 3 years if it was bought resale. They encourage you to use all current use year points before starting process. Any reservations will be canceled once process starts to give back.

Will Certified Exit take it back if you have also "drained" the future years (borrowed) points?

Just gave back a Wyndham deeded ownership where we borrowed 10,000 points. Customer service rep told me to call back in April when new use year started and encouraged us to use all current use year points before calling back to start exit process. It took 4 weeks to recieve documents to start exit. Sent notarized papers last week and tracking shows Wyndham recieved Monday 5/19. I will update when deed is gone from account.Screenshot_20250520_200652_Samsung Internet.jpg

What you posted is Club Wyndham. Totally irrelevant for this thread about WorldMark credits.

Club Wyndham has quarterly "Use Year Date"

WorldMark has monthly "Vacation Credits Valid thru"

Post was relevant if talking about certified exit. Giving back with either Worldmark or Wyndham current use year available points or vacation credits valid thru can be used before starting exit process. Available to borrow or future use year points cannot be used. We all know the rules are subject to change.
