Is anyone buying them? If so what would 30,000 of them be worth?
Will Certified Exit take it back if you have also "drained" the future years (borrowed) points?Called certified exit and they are still taking back Worldmark ownerships. As long as they are paid in Full and maintenance fees are current. Also need to own for 3 years if it was bought resale. They encourage you to use all current use year points before starting process. Any reservations will be canceled once process starts to give back.
No they only allow current use year points to be used. If future use year points have been borrowed you have to wait until next use year begins to give back. Will Certified Exit take it back if you have also "drained" the future years (borrowed) points?
What you posted is Club Wyndham. Totally irrelevant for this thread about WorldMark credits.Just gave back a Wyndham deeded ownership where we borrowed 10,000 points. Customer service rep told me to call back in April when new use year started and encouraged us to use all current use year points before calling back to start exit process. It took 4 weeks to recieve documents to start exit. Sent notarized papers last week and tracking shows Wyndham recieved Monday 5/19. I will update when deed is gone from account.View attachment 110857
Post was relevant if talking about certified exit. Giving back with either Worldmark or Wyndham current use year available points or vacation credits valid thru can be used before starting exit process. Available to borrow or future use year points cannot be used. We all know the rules are subject to change. What you posted is Club Wyndham. Totally irrelevant for this thread about WorldMark credits.
Club Wyndham has quarterly "Use Year Date"
WorldMark has monthly "Vacation Credits Valid thru"
