Maybe they don't care. After all, you are still paying while you wait.

Agreed. They have no incentive to quickly process these transfers. But potential resale owners have every incentive to patiently wait - the big savings you get buying resale vs. buying from Wyndham. I have only been a WM owner for a few years, and so know nothing of the "good old days of Trendwest", but I am very happy I bought into the WM system, and we have had some great vacations at a good discount.

I haven't bought or sold in a while. Last time I did I was sent paperwork to be notarized and snail mailed. Does docusign eliminate that?

Yes. No notarizations, now.

It has been email Docusign convenient for a couple years, at least.
