WorldMark cancellation deadline for 100% points refunded has changed? I thought it was 30 days.

Cancellation policy
This reservation can be canceled by 09/01/2022 for a full refund (Guest Certificates and Guest Certificate fees are non-refundable). You may cancel a reservation online or by calling the Vacation Planning Center at 800-457-0103.

My confirmation is for 9/11-9/17. This is WorldMark Anaheim.

I usually book Dolphin's Cove and I thought all WorldMark was 30 days for full points refund.

For reservations made 91 days to 13 months in advance the cancellation deadline is 30 days before use.
For reservations made 15 to 90 days in advance the cancellation deadline is 10 days before use.
For reservations made 3 to 14 days in advance the cancellation deadline is 2 days before use.
For reservations made within 2 days there is no cancellation.

Source WorldMark the Club guidelines page 364. Did you make the reservation after June 13?

Now I need to know how to cancel or even see a waitlist request I have set up.

Log in to your account. On the left frame, there is My reservations. Find the reservation, view details, modify, or cancel. You can view first, and there is cancel button there too.

You have to call to ask what wait lists you have. They are not shown anywhere.
