I do not believe this will stay at this price, I was bidding on one on ebay and in the last seconds it went up over $5000.

So just wait, if you can get it for 20,000 that would be a great buy. Maybe the economy/airfare is causing this. Maintenance fees will be due soon.

There was an EOY that ended yesterday and didn't sell... the buy it now price was $12,490 and the highest offer was $11,490.

If it is the North property as it states most Garden View also have views of Ocean..

Still a very good deal at 20K, better than the EOY at the original that was for sale at 12K

If it goes for 18K you could flip it for a profit.

No, both WKORV developments are mandatory. Princeville is voluntary. Maybe that's what you're thinking about.

I believe the winner is a long time Tugger with the same TUG user name - but not a Starwood owner. (Well, until now.)

I was REALLY tempted on that one, but I think WKORV/WKORVN prices might decline further, for three reasons.

1) New Starwood Resort on the beach will increase supply
2) New Hyatt resort on the beach will increase supply, and some people will always want the newest/latest thing
3) As MF/Airfare have continued to increase, some people will decide they can't afford their TS, and sell, increasing supply.

What do the rest of you think?
