Someone told me I should get a Marriott confirmaton of my week reservation at the WKORV unit I own. I have always just gotten a Vistana confirmation. Is this something new? TIA.
Is the reservation showing up in your account on Marriott.com? If so, you can resend from there. If you don't see it there, you will need to call Owner Services and ask for the Marriott Bonvoy Confirmation #. WIth that, you can then look up the reservation on Marriott.com and send the Marriott confirmation from there.Thanks. So I call the Vistana 800 number to get this? At the Vistana website I only see the option to have Vistana email me the confirmation.
You don't already have a Marriott Bonvoy #? The Marriott.com has nothing to do with Marriott Vacation Club, it is the hotel company.I must have missed the part about creating a Marriott account. I will call Owner Services and hope the wait is not too long. Thanks.
Yes, the Marriott confirmations being referred to are coming from Marriott Bonvoy. You should be able to see the reservations under My Trips when you are logged in on Marriott.com.Now I am really confused. The TS unit I own is at the WKORV (Westin or Vistana). I have had it for years. Confirmations have always come from Westin/Vistana.
Separately I do have a Marriott Bonvoy hotel points account. Isn’t that separate from my TS? Or are confirmations for my TS now coming from Marriott Bonvoy. Ayayayay.
