Will be at Harborside next wk thru a DVC exchange (Sat-Sat); we *think* we'll be in Phase 1 as we were told it was a queen 1 BR unit. Can anybody update us on the wireless situation there? Thanks so much!

I think that's a mistake on II's part. All one bedrooms at Harborside have king beds.

Thank you for confirming that! :) I just couldn't imagine that a property like Harborside would have queen beds, but that's what someone said on another bb. As far as the internet, at least they have wireless; charge is no different than DVC.

Is there a place onsite to pick up things like milk/cereal? How far to a nearby grocery?

The little convience store next to the front desk has milk, as well some other staples......all very expensive, but convienent. There is also a small store about two blocks from the resort.

I have stayed in both phases, and never saw a queen bed in a 1BR or 2BR lockoff. I was renting out my 1BR deluxe last year and I knew II says there are queens. I wanted to make sure I was representing the room properly on the ad, so I called Starwood and asked if there were any 1BRs in any building, in any phase, with queens. They got the front desk on the line to confirm, and the answer was, all 1BRs, whether premium or deluxe, have king beds.

You got a confirmation from Starwood that said a 1BR had a queen???

Okay, I just looked back one of my confirmations from Starwood for a 1BR deluxe and you are right, it does say queen. That is so weird. They are definitely kings. I guess now we know where II got the misinformation from.

What other categories are there besides deluxe? How would we know what kind of unit we got or what phase it's in? Thanks for all help! :hi:

Besides the size of the unit, which should be on your II confirmation, you probably won't find out until you check-in.
