Architectural Concepts, Inc. (ACI) a San Diego firm regarded as one of the Southwest’s top hospitality-oriented architectural and interior design firms, has completed a new design for the renovation of the timeshare units for Winners Circle Beach & Tennis Resort, managed by Vacation Resort International. Services provided included design, construction documents and purchasing as well as coordination of installation.

Margit Whitlock-Espinosa, AIA, Principal of the firm, said, “ACI has updated the décor to meet with Interval International standards. Replacing ‘Murphy Beds’ with new queen size beds and a new custom furniture, bedding and drapery package has made all the difference to one of the first timeshare resorts in the country. We are proud to say ACI came in on time, under budget and succeeded beautifully in bringing a new aesthetic and functional vision to the timeshare units.”
