Why does it show rooms available, but every time I book it, it says none are?

The first time, I got to the page with the checkboxes and book button and it said the room was no longer available, but it shows that it is. :/

That's a lot of availability for the 2 BR at the LT. I can't recreate it the situation, to see if it's a glitch on your side or HGV. Dates would help.

I have had several times where the room shows available and someone got the last room, but the availability did not update YET.

I can't see what days you are trying to book. Are you booking 7 days beginning on a Saturday or Sunday? Plus the number of days ahead of time that you are allowed to book?

oh dangit, my screen capture lost the dates. The dates are Dec 11th - 14th. I cannot walk my bonus points so instead since it is free to book and cancel, I am cluster booking and walking that way.

Dec 6th - 9th, Dec 7th - 10th, Dec 8th - 11th etc... I have several booked that overlap to try to be sure I can keep a group together.

Also, you can talk to Membership Services for help...just make sure you understand how it works and then make your Rez online to not pay a fee. I've never heard of cluster booking. ALSO, I've been frustrated because I've been booted off in a rather short time when looking at dates or room descriptions. They don't give you a lot of time.

The date that was missing up there was the 10th. I was trying to book the 11th - 14th with bonus points and it would let me get to book and then say it was gone. I did over and over and over and finally got it. Lol. Now the 11th and 12th show as gone.
I am walking with my regular points and cluster booking with my bonus points with overlaps to try to keep a path open so to speak. It had been working fine until all the sudden it kept showing available, but not booking.

I am trying to get Christmas week booked. I only have enough gold points for 4 days in the Plus at Lagoon, so I am walking that one to the 23rd to the 27th and trying to get the 20th to the 23rd with my bonus points. My other bonus points I am doing the same thing on the regular 2 bedroom for the 13th to the 20th.

Trying to use all the little things I have learned from you guys in here to get this thing booked.

Sadly, they are closed during the hours I have to do this. I have to do this at midnight EST when the next day becomes available and I only have a couple minutes before they are gone.

Yeah, they are gone now, but I was able to finally get the 11th - 14th to work. it was killing me, two laptops, my phone and multiple browsers all showed only the 10th closed, but it kept failing every time I booked.

Yes, I realized that they are closed after I said that. Sorry. I'm on EST also and I'm past my bedtime so I can't help any further.
...but I went back to look again and see you could choose Dec. 13--on.
I don't always remember my booking eligibility but I scrolled down to other than the Lagoon Tower and saw "Booking Eligibility is 3/13-9/13 for me." I am looking just for you but as a Valdoro member and I recall you just bought this for the Lagoon Tower.
It's nice but I own on the Big Island at Kings'Land, Waikaloa. I prefer the Big Island much more -- but good luck!

It sounds like you are looking at ghost availability (availability gone but it takes about 15-30 minutes for the web to update). You will especially get this when the booking window opens at midnight and several people are trying to book the same room. Availability isn’t there now.
