We used Advantage Vacations for our last purchase. Syed. We have been seeing his name pop up on TUG for years and it was a very easy transaction. Would definitely use him again. Give him a call and see what you think.

Syed, David among others have a good rep on TUG. If you will share what area you are interested in, it might help, e.g. while all will sell any resort, Syed is on Maui while David is strong in Orlando, etc.

I second David. He was the (seller's) agent when I purchased my Marriott. Very knowledgeable and great to talk to about timeshares in general!

Syed is especially good for Marriott's timeshare properties in Hawaii.

While we didn't purchase from Syed, we did converse with him. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Same with the folks at Concierge Realty.

We had success and were happy buying through www.FiveStarTimeshareRealty.com .

For closing/title/escrow, I highly recommend First American Title Company. They were fantastic. I've also used www.timeshareclosinggroup.com. While they got the job done, it was a bit slower and required continual asking of status.
