Which Starwood resorts have ROFR?

Which Starwood resorts have ROFR?

Through search I found that Westin Mission Hills does have ROFR and Kierland does not. Does anyone know which others have it?

If you own, this should be discussed in the purchase documentation - probably the CC&R's.

There are many Starwood resale buyers here yet I have never read anything posted of Starwood exercising ROFR.Some of the resorts may have this but it doesn't help resale values if it's not used.

WKORV has ROFR and as you mentioned WKV does not. I have not looked at my paperwork for WLR or Harborside as those are direct purchases used for requals and it didnt' matter to me at the time. I have been told by many that Starwood almost never, if ever, exercises the ROFR.

That seems be rare rather than the norm I wouldn't let it affect a decsion.I would love to see Starwood artificially raise resale prices like Marriott and DVC by using ROFR.
