I seem to recall ready here about certain Marriotts that have an every year point option if purchased thru Marriott.

Monarch on HHI and Cypress Harbor come to mind as does the number 130,000 points..... and maybe Sabal or Royal Palms?

Does anyone know or remember which properties and how many points?

I don't have them all, Pat, but some that have been posted here, including those where existing owners have been offered an "upgrade" for a fee to the EY points option, include:

Barony Beach
Club Son Antem
Custom House
Kauai Beach Club
Legends Edge
Manor Club (MMC, not MSE)
Monarch
Newport Coast
Sabal Palms
Village d'Ile-de-France

Beachplace platinum is 110,000 pts EY ... but the cost per point is higher than buying them from Marriott once fees added and will not improve as MF goes up every year. That was an EY option put in years ago so I don't know if every owner at that time bought the option - I did ($1500 I think).

Legends Edge platinum offered 75K points every other use.
That was changed earlier this year to 100K every use.
There was (maybe still is) an option to upgrade to the 100K every year. Don't know the cost.

I was also quoted by my salesman that these resorts convert every year as well.
Shadow Ridge - 75K (??)
Newport Coast - 110K (platinum)
Timber Lodge - 110K (summer platinum)

Sabal Palms -- 110,000 every year.

MMC original get 110K EY for Platinum. Or at least mine did when I purchased in June.

I own Platinum at Shadow Ridge and receive 110K points every year if I want trade it in.

Is the every year points optioin something you can only do at the time of purchase? We have platinum at MMC since 1994 and gold at Barony since 03 and I don't recall being offered that optioin when we purchased. Can you add it on at a later date???

Aruba Ocean Club offers this on a limited number of reacquired 1 BR. We bought one (that we are now rescinding) on Sunday, and they had one other available. Soon there may be two again :)

Cheers.
