Mathematical proof debunks the idea that the universe is a computer simulation

"research". LOL. "Advanced" math, where anything is possible ... to disprove.
If it ain't a simulation, how do you explain Taylor Swift running the nfl?

With advance math and AI, you can make any simulation dreams possible. IMHO

Idk, but it seems like they have tried to debunk this simulation idea on paper using algorithms but haven't been able to observe anything that proves anything other than their algorithms are no better than many philosophical thoughts on the subject, imo.

I am not mathematical enough or anywhere near deep enough into physics, but I do question the concept that our mathematical representation of reality can dictate how reality is. All the math is very useful in making predictions but the only place where math superseding reality makes sense to me is in the context of a simulation. The logical contradiction analogy also fails for me in that logic doesn't seem to have to be a feature of bedrock reality. It gets a little trippy, but just because how we've developed logic and how we talk about logic gives us logical impossibilities - it always is just "words" we use to try and understand things or make predictions. We can do the same sort of word and math games with Zeno's paradox, but in reality - you will cross the finish line.

I fear this is probably yet another place where way too much is lost in simplification, and I'll wait for some response papers because I'm pretty sure this is going to be controversial and there's always disagreements about how you apply various algorithms.

Stupid conspiracy theory wacko stuff. Next...

My friend Neo said we were living in a simulation. (But he takes a lot of pills)

Perhaps it's not a simulation.
But we know that the galaxy is on Orion's belt.
... per Men in Black (1997)...
