Where do you view the exceptions you have left to make owner priority reservations?

I saw it somewhere, but I don't know where it was. I have family wanting to go to the Big Island, and for whatever reason, the entire year is blocked out for guests for every resort. I don't think I have used any exceptions for 2025, nor have I used any for 2024 because we keep reservations in our names. The kids are no longer on our accounts (Wyndham punishment because they are on the deeds). I am going to need two units, same dates.

Oh, well, of course. It's clear we are NOT ALLOWED any exceptions, even though we are Founders.

I guess we will be going on that trip, staying elsewhere but checking the kids in. They are on the deeds to our Bali Hai and Shearwater, so this is absolutely despicable.

Yeah, I never seem to get it. I am always hoping they will let us use our points like everyone else does. That was our intention. The kids are on the deeds, they should be allowed to use the points.

If no one else thinks this is ridiculous, then I am on the outside the circle of TUG members who are in the circle. Rick and I are alone in this.

It is ridiculous, but that doesn't matter. Wyndham put you on the Naughty List, and they aren't taking you off. It is what it is.

If the kids are on the deeds, they should be listed as owners. Are they not in the pull-down list? If not, that is something you can probably get fixed.

@bnoble Cindy has posted that Wyndham has removed her kids from all contracts as well as herself from most contracts. Thus preventing them from checking in as owners.

This is true. I am only on one of the contracts but I'm on every deed. Rick is the only one listed on every contract for Wyndham purposes.
