When are new discounts released? 50% off within 30 days? Hilton Vacation Club Lake Tahoe Resort

This will be my 4th winter as an owner in Tahoe. Every other year, there have been pretty deep discounts for winter. So far, no discounts are offered. My points aren't going to go very far this ski season! Also, I used to receive a 50% discount when booking within 30 days. It seems as though that is not available to me either? Is it because I "upgraded" to Max last year? Have I lost this discount by changing to Max? I'm trying to figure out why everything I'm looking at is SO MANY MORE POINTS than just a year ago!

I am a deeded owner of a former-DRI property elected into THE Club who has NOT converted to the HG Max product as I firmly believe it will be good money flushed down the toilet for less benefits from an overall perspective.

I have also seen the 'typical' normal pre-Hilton takeover 30 day close-in 50% discounts go away. Every time I looked for my normal go-to properties at 30 days, I do not see the 50%. I think this went away with Hilton. Now, they give the discounts as they see fit.
