What to do with 309 RCI Points

I have built up 309 RCI Points over the last 12 years because of having a dog. Most RCI Resorts are not pet friendly and therefore we rented at pet friendly Resorts. We are now 85 years old and I was recently diagnosed with Metastatic Melanoma and travel is not in our future. We own 2 weeks at Fox Hills Resort in Wisconsin and most of the space bank points at RCI came from these 2 weeks. On average each week is worth 20 RCI points. MF is about $600 per week.

Does anyone have an ideas what to do with the 309 RCI points?

I would be willing to sell the 2 weeks for $1.00 and put the RCI points into the buyer name.
