What to avoid eating to avoid catching bird flu

Don't worry. They already have another innovative cure.

There are already flu shots which have a decent safety record. It seems the best bet is just to adjust them to cover this type of flu as well. As it is flu shots are designed each year to cover several strains of flu.

It's kind of new. It's called Audenz. It's two separate vials that are combined together at jab time, one being the antigen h5n1 and the other being the as03 adjuvant.

The suggestions from that FDA expert on what not to eat do not seem too bad. I never liked runny eggs anyway, and I usually eat my steaks medium, which are within his recommendations.
 
I wonder if the ex FDA chief is following his own advice?
