What is a Wyndham ts ? Do they have a website? Thanks
 
Wyndham Worldwide is a holding company that owns

  • Wyndham Hotel Group (hotels)
  • Group RCI (Exchanges & rentals)
  • Wyndham Vacation Ownership (timeshares)
In Wydham Vacation Ownership there are these timeshare companies:

  • Wyndham Vacation Resorts (formerly Fairfield Vacation Resorts) and
  • Worldmark by Wyndham**
  • Trendwest SP (South Pacific)

**Worldmark The Club is really a separate entity from Wyndham. However, Wyndham (formerly Trendwest) is the exclusive developer of new resorts for Worldmark and exclusive seller of new Worldmark credits. However, when the developer turns over the resort to Worldmark, it is turned over free of debt. Wyndham does also manage most Worldmark resorts.
