What is wrong with the Vistana site?

I have been trying to get to the Dashboard for a while to pay my MFs but it just keeps taking me to Account Settings but spins when I click Dashboard.
Why has this been a problem since last August?

Have you tried using a private browser session, like Chrome incognito mode? Also make sure you have any ad blockers turned off. If this works, you may want to try deleting cookies and temp internet files in your browser and also turn ad blocker off for the Vistana.com website.

Also, are your maintenance fees past due? Is it possible they are restricting your account?
