I'm just trying to figure out the steps to selling; contact resort or find an agency to assist with closing (LTT),or what exactly.
Any suggestions or links would be appreciated.

More deets:
It's paid off, it's not overly desirable (Massanutten in February) though I have seen some that have sold on tug and ebay, and I'd sell it and cover closing and next years maintenance for a bad joke or a good meme at this point.
So, I gather up all relevant info about the ts; date, size, etc. what should I do next?

First thing? Make sure it is 100% paid off prior to listing it anywhere.

No one will buy it if you owe money on it.

DON'T fall for anyone telling you they can sell it if they want any upfront money. It's nothing but a big scam!

Very first step is figuring out if it is actually worth anything. Completed EBay listings will be your friend here.

I think even before that you need to fully know and understand what you own. Too many people have no clue what they own and/or how it works.

Massanutten was empty in August 2018. I don’t know how winter is. The person I rented from tried to give me it for free. I paid $400 for a double (upper and lower) huge 2br/2ba. ($200 each). There are about 7 sets of condo buildings up the side of the mountain. Mostly too steep for my HS kids (or me) to bike.
