What is the difference between "Elara by HGV" and "Elara by Hilton Club"?

Found these two listed separately in the HGV Club Reference. Apart from the apparent cost in points, what is the difference between one and the other?

Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations
LV Tower 52 Vacation Suites (Las Vegas, NV)

Elara by Hilton Club
Elara HC Vacation Suites (Las Vegas, NV)

I don't know first hand, but from what I've gathered the "Elara by Hilton Club" is supposed to designate just the top couple of floors with balconies.

I am curious what the Vegas MFs will be for commodity bHC points. Will also be interesting how the reciprocal booking windows work out in relation to other bHC resorts.
