What is BG & HV merge process effect on ownership with BG? Any update on increases in annual fees and HV Club membership requirements for BG owners. Let me know anyone with any update for 2026 year. Thanks.

The only thing that I know is that the blue-green vacations mountain lodges in Gatlinburg are now marked as Hilton on the outside and the employee on the inside was wearing a shirt with a Hilton badge although they had no security in the gate and it's still marked as blue-green vacations on Google Maps.

As I understand the present state of affairs at Bluegreen (now owned by Hilton), the club fee (was $195/yr for BG) goes up a bit, and maintenance fees went up a bit less than inflation (about 3% over 2025) but current BG owners see no change in what is available from the current set of Bluegreen resorts for Availability. The Choice Hotels program is being discontinued (no surprise).
There is no requirement for current BG owners to add any HGV or HV Club "attributes" to their present ownership (although Hilton would certainly like to sell you into their HGVMax program).
Best source of information is to look at your maintenance fee statements (available from the Dashboard of your BG login landing page) and to look for any special announcements from Hilton on the BG owner page. Yes, some resorts are now being rebranded as Hilton Grand Vacation resorts on the signage, and are listed (like Laurel Crest and Mill Springs) as "Hilton Vacation Club" on the BG owner reservation pages. This rebranding was announced with the merger in 2024.
On the owner page, when I click on "Maintenance and Club Dues" tab of the pull-down, at the very bottom of the right column is a box called "Club Links" which contains a link to a report of Bluegreen Vacation Club expenses and revenues and a link called "Assessment Billing Notice" which may answer some of your questions.

There is no "BG & HV merge". Hilton bought Bluegreen - the resorts, the management, and the Bluegreen Vacation Club. But there is no merge. The BVC continues to exist because there are 250,000 contract owners and Hilton would get crushed legally if they attempted to terminate or unilaterally change those contracts. Maintenance fee increases will continue to be calculated as they always have, based on actual and projected costs from the various HOAs as integrated by the Board.
