I'm planning on booking for Panama City Beach 2 BR deluxe upper level for the period 8 to 15 April of 2012. This is my home resort and I've never been there. SInce I have enough points as GOLD VIP any specific room recommendations would be appreciated. I don't really no where to start?

I've never stayed at this particular resort, but understand that all units have a view of the gulf and are new. I personally would just request top floor, since you are already going to be in the upper half.

I stayed there about 2 years ago and all the room have a wonderful Gulf view. Since you are a Gold VIP member when you book the room request a high floor. I would also try to get upgraded to a presidential unit depending on the time of your visit. It was fairly easy to get 2 years ago, but the economy was in bad shape.

I am pretty sure that if you check the points chart that the upper floors require more points. I am not sure what floor the higher points begin. I believe that we were on the 8th floor which was considered a lower floor, but still had a nice view
