What happened to Mystic Dunes?

I called the resort. DRI is experiencing IT problems.
I had a weird situation making a reservation at mystic dunes that day before. I received an email confirmation but at check-in the front desk did not see the reservation.

The unit we stayed in last week had the new beds, which are very comfortable, but the appliances didn't appear to have been replaced. The television in the living room was also an old style. I didn't notice the ones in the bedrooms.

2 bldgs have been updated. the models are great. 1 bldg was down for maintenance recently.
