What does a Sweepstakes prize look like in your MVC account?

In late January, we won 500 Plus Points in Abound sweepstakes. Yesterday, when I was looking at our portfolio, I noticed a new line showing 500 points, valid until the end of February 2025. When I clicked down for the details, It indicated the points were related to our MOW deed, and the description was "Service Adjustment Points".

Is this our prize? If not, what is this?

Yes, that's your prize. They have to attach it to some enrolled week. They do the same thing with points you transfer in from another owner (except those are labeled as transferred points)

I just checked my balance and also say a 500 point deposit; glad to see it work!
 
Still waiting on my 500 Plus Points won over a month ago. I did get my two separate deposits of 1,000 Bonvoy points a couple of days ago though.
 
I won 1000 BP’s on January 22. They just showed up in my Bonvoy account activity overnight (March 11), so BP’s took 7 weeks to post.
 
Sorry I'm late to the discussion, but I'm trying to use these "service adjustment points" to book a one-night reservation and cannot figure out how to do that. I clicked on the "Applied" box and nothing happens. I've been waiting on chat for forever to figure this out-- does anyone here have some insight?

I was not able to use those points online, had to call.

The applied box is just a text entry. I have these points in our account as "Service Adjusted Points". I have no other points in our account. I can click on the Applied box and modify the number.
