They appear to be European based and have some of the nicest Marriott properties to sell but at very high prices. I offered fair, but low bids and they were immediately rejected. Their history doesn't show any sales to speak of.

Just seems strange.

To me it seems they are not interested in selling at your "fair but low prices". If you want the timeshares you will have to offer more.

I have not idea about them other than that.
