What do I do with my Diamond points

Resorts Owned
Royal Sands, Royal Haciendas, Diamond points and HICV points
We have 3000 Diamond points and can no longer use them effectively for health reasons. Do I just walk away or call Diamond/Hilton to discuss it. Thanks for any input
