what are the worldmark properties that have to be booked 13 months out?

What are the hardest properties to book in the worldmark system? i'm still a prospective owner, but my friend has shown me their account several times to look at availabilities. What are the properties that pretty much have to be booked 13 months out?

Here is a short list of some of the ones I've seen:

Park City and Avon during ski season
Yellowstone during the summer period
Fiji
All the Hawaii properties
indio during Coachella
Leavenworth during summer and Octoberfest

I'm sure there are plenty more.

I think Estes Park is also one that needs to be booked way ahead.
